Understanding yourself by taking the Myers Briggs

A popular personality test is the Myers-Briggs assessment, which, through a number of questions about which of two opposites you prefer, places you on four different scales, indicating one of sixteen different personality types.

It helps if all the people on a team take the test and then share with the others on the team what type they are.  It will help people understand certain later behaviors (like preferring to do things by email vs. getting together) and highlight to each other that there is no “bad” type, just differences.
